For those who may not know, the hijab is a head covering that is worn by many Muslim women as a way of expressing their faith, modesty and belonging to the Muslim community. The hijab is seen as a symbol of Islam, and it is a practice that is rooted in the teachings of the Quran.

Thank you for the video❤ I live in Finland, I am married to Indonesian man and converted to Islam 2019 but just few weeks a go started to wear the hijab. It was a very hard at first because I don’t feel that I have any support (and Islam is so negatively looked at here) but Alhamdulillah it has been easier than I thought 💓

I am not Muslim, but I am on my own journey to embracing modesty and I love hearing over women who are confident in modesty and their beliefs. I have always struggled with self image and was always more modest. I was told that my discomfort with showing skin was cuz I was not confident in myself. I found the opposite to be true. The more I embrace modesty, the more confident I am. I will admit that I didn't understand hijab wearing most of my life, but listening to women who wear it has helped me understand it more. Thank you for your content and for helping women embrace true confidence and modesty and not worrying about being judged for looking and being different.

Even though I am a born muslim, I wear hijab nowadays. I feel very embarrassed when people ask me why I wear hijab although I am from a muslim country. For such embarrassing question, I stop wearing hijab sometimes. But now I do understand that I made a great mistake. Wearing hijab is for my religion and Allah, so I shouldn’t feel embarrassed in such situations. Thank you dear Veronika. Despite being a revert muslim, you understood more than I did. So you are a better muslim ☺️

I'm looking forward to learning from you. My best friend took the shahada recently(please excuse the spelling. I'm sure it's incorrect) and I want to know as much as I can so I can support her when she chooses to begin her hijab journey. * I am not Muslim myself but strive to be as good a friend as I can *

What an honour! It definitely is challenging now that the world is controlled by media, fashion, corrupt food, fake leaders that only want to benefit of our vessels! Humans incline towards desires! Its in our nature but there are ways to do it! Like the creator commanded. Even a mother that wants whats best for her child may ask there child to do something they dont want to do, later to realise it was for there own good.
Just be you and dont change a thing and love endlessly 🦋treating someone different because of something they choose to wear affects how you treat them means its shallow and not real! Im sure she will feel supported as your already doing what a good friend would do 🌻

Aw that's so sweet, and the spelling isn't wrong to my knowledge so you're totally ok, technically I don't think you can really spell it “wrong” as it's originally in Arabic script so even Muslims spell words like Assalamualaikum differently in English.
