I started streaming in 2017 but went full time as a freelancer in 2018, and I specialize in virtual and mixed reality gaming. I enjoy showing off various VR games through my live-streams here on this channel, and I offer tutorials to other aspiring content creators on how they can setup VR for broadcasting and recording.
I also do community and social media management, influencer relations and general marketing over at LIV! - Hry
FYI: LIV Segmentive is no longer supported (licensing proved to be more expensive and not a lot of users using it) so stick with the other 3 methods!
If I get an RTX Nvidia Broadcast compatible card, I should be able to do mixed reality on my Quest 3 using LIV & OBS without needing a green screen?
@stevenapperson1016 yes! It won't be as clean as using a green screen but it will work. Just make sure you also download the NVIDIA broadcast app and that the LIV supported game you are using is on Steam. So your Quest 3 would connect to your PC using either a long cable or via airlink or virtual desktop.
Thank you, I appreciate the response. I have used LIV/OBS to do mixed reality using my Oculus PC Link cable before, but that was when I used large green screens. I've now gotten rid of the green screens because I don't want the clutter. I was hoping if I go out and drop money on an RTX Nvidia Broadcast card, I can do without the screens. Just wanted to be sure before buying the card. I really appreciate the help and info.
@@stevenapperson1016 No problem. Once you get your card, in LIV just make sure to set your camera as "NVIDIA Broadcast" vs your actual camera. Make sure its also selected as ARGB mode in LIV (you'll see it as one of the drop down options)
Thank you! Awesome content!😀
GREAT UPLOAD! 💪🏾🦾
You can actually get better results with Nvidia Broadcast if you don't show the lower half of your body.
It's not really programmed for legs.
Awesome video :) I wish I had an iPhone now the Liv app looks really good!
To be honest it turned out a lot better than I thought it would! Cameras on phones have come a long way. :P
I might do a test with pants or something more form fitting next time as I think the AI has a hard time figuring out "long dress" and reading where my legs are - if I end up creating that I'll post it in the comments here!
No link to the kinect pc adaptor "in the description below", please update
Whoops, fixed! And here's the one I used: amzn.to/3KrXazz
I love this. I use broadcast and it works wonders but it struggled to run on my old GPU during streams/recordings. It may have just been my recording settings.
Anyways! Atom, do you have a business email? I wanted to talk potential marketing business. I just took ownership of a VR Arcade in Denver that has been up for 3 years and I wanted to build up it's social media. Let me know if you're interested!
-Roki 😁
Yeah, NVIDIA broadcast can be a lil taxing on the GPU (especially if running VR, recording, etc alongside!)
You're more than welcome to email me at hello@atombombbody.com :)
@@AtomBombBody Very true! Well now I have a much bigger space with better lighting.
Sent the email! Thanks. 😊👍🏼
But mixed reality with a green screen has better lighting.
