Just planted these with my 3 year old daughter, she can’t wait until they sprout!
Yes they do take heat we just had a humid 112f degree day and my buttons are fine the hydrangeas on the other had all got so burnt 😭 I tried to protect then with an umbrella but it didn't help.
Oh no! Are your hydrangeas ok now or did it burn all of the leaves?
@@carriesgardeningchannel856 they survived but a majority of the leaves and flowers are burned 🔥 it will be Beautiful again next year.
I see I have about 8 seedlings outside that I didn’t plant! I think it reseeds itself every year! I want to dig some up and space them apart but I’m scared it will die
I have the same thing happen, that area of my garden has gotten more dense each year. Also some of mine survive the winter and get a head start on the seedlings. I've had good luck transplanting the small ones that pop up in the adjacent lawn -- I try to keep some of the surrounding soil, andmake sure i give those plenty of water. Maybe try moving just one and see.... Good luck!
@@Flashination yes! I have about 8 growing mixed in with my daylillies. They are packed in tight! I did move one a week ago and it’s doing pretty Well so far!
@@parrotsandmore7446 Did you dig up and space apart your bachelor's buttons? How were they? I have seedlings in my garden and I'm afraid to kill them if I move them. Or should I leave them alone?
