The Philippines havd a lot of languages. A lot of Spanish phrases and words as well because we were colonized by Spain for 333 years. So the language really evolved to include Spanish words and made some indigenous words disappear along the way.

For those who don't know and didn't checked, "Porque" is not an original song of Alamat. It's more like a revision than of a cover of Maldita's song (yes, Maldita is the name of the band).
Also, take note that the song is not Spanish or any Latin language, it's Chavacano, a language spoken in certain parts of the Philippines (some parts of Cavite and Zamboanga where it is mainly spoken).
Another one, the original singer released 2 versions of this song; the first one being in Chavacano (first half) and Tagalog (second half), while the other version is purely composed of Chavacano. In Alamat's rendition, they sang the version where Tagalog is included.
Fun Fact! ONLY the Philippines have a Spanish creole language in all of Asia, making us a bit more special and closer to our Latin cousins

Yes, Chavacano is grammatically different from Spanish bec it follows the verb-subject-object (VSO) order similar to other Philippine languages and it doesn't conjugate verbs whereas Spanish is subject-verb-object (SVO) and has a highly complex verb conjugations however, since 80% of the lexicon (vocabulary) in Chavacano uses Spanish words that's the reason why Spanish speakers can easily understand it using contextual clues but when you look into the grammar, it kinda feels "off" or "strange" or "weird" from true and correct Spanish.

First of all aside from the language in the song and attire/fashion use in one of the scene the song is not really culturally diverse the choreo is inspired or taken from the 90s MJ style.
When Alamat released a cultural laden song it means different native dances and instruments is incorporated aside from usual presentation of MV concept.
No my love, he was not sleepy due to the mv, in the video we clearly said that around this time which was already 12am almost 1am they get sleepy and one of the girls even said that they can’t eat or drink before watching mv anymore. It was my birthday party and that night we did watch a lot of videos. I also re called in this video he also spoke about how that’s the way to do it as Alamat is doing it if you want to represent your culture in music
And trust me we all every single one in that video knows what it means to represent “culture in music” it’s not the first time we’ve seen ALAMAT’s work. Some also did mention that it had a Michael Jackson feel to it and some did notice that the attire looked like a traditional/cultural type of attire from PH
