  • Aloo-Puri is an extremely delicious roti which is similar to Dhalpuri. Instead of filling it with Dhal, Aloo-Puri is filled with aloo or potato. The filling is rich in seasonings and pepper and it's bound to have you going for seconds. Enjoy this roti by itself, with curry chicken or vegetables or any types of talkaris.
    Ingredients:
    For the dough:
    1 1/2 cups of flour
    1 1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp sugar
    1 tsp oil
    For the Aloo filling:
3 small aloo or potatoes boiled until soft
    1 tbsp green seasoning
    3-4 cloves of garlic,minced
1/2 tsp roasted ground cumin or geera
    salt
