Honestly, I don’t hate it. I just ended up with so many questions. But I have definitely rewatched it, it’s probably added to my list of fav. psychological thrillers 🍿

I loved it. I thought it was amazing so idk what everybody was so pressed about. I thought the visuals were amazing and the acting was good. I think some people are just quick to hate things.
Flo's hair looks kind of 1960s, If I squint, really hard! It took me out of the movie, supposedly set in the 1950s!
hmm i dont know i just feel like its doing somthing thats already been done MUCH better in other movies so theres really no need to watch it when you can just go watch those other movies

Good concept and ideas that were poorly executed.
Everyone is always so bent about the pacing of the movie. I semi agree I wish we would have been able to see Alice delve deeper into this utopia society we see her enjoying at the beginning of the movie. But overall I think the pacing was actually PERFECT.
Honestly I found it pretty entertaining, like u see yourself and other women around u in those characters trapped in a simulation. The main character literally loses her bodily autonomy without even realising it, women today are still having to fight for control over their own bodies and if anything this is one big meaphor for our distopian present. I think part of the reason why DWD is getting such bad reviews is because men don't want to be portrayed as the villains. Btw i am not saying this is the best film ever but it definitely beats some marvel movies. Also i dont mean all men.
