Peppers are lovely. And I love how you have those freezers STOCKED! We are hoping we will be like this next year. I found my peppers did better outside than in the greenhouse and eaten by all the bugs. So defo a work around for next year I think.
Weather here in SW Canada is opposite it’s 7c and foggy 😶🌫️ in the morning then my noon 23+c 🌞🌞. Peppers didn’t do well here this year but perhaps in ground conditions are better for them. Great harvest and yes that how I freeze mine. Hope everyone is well, have a great weekend, Ali 🌞🇨🇦
My big failing is celery - can't grow any worth eating raw as it's always too damn' tough. Grew peppers for the first time this year & despite being 6 weeks late getting them in they've kept me going for salads & snacks for the past two months. Need to see if I can overwinter a few plants.

Hi Andy, your peppers are a very size. I struggled with mine this season, dont know why. Great video update, thanks fir sharing and take care 😊
With our peppers and it's been a good year for us, we make sweet pepper relish from the BBC Good food. Its great for putting on anything.
