Even if there's the slightest chance of being perceived a different sex intentionally or unintentionally that person should be upfront and let them make that choice and have their own sexuality and body respected. This should happen way before any physical or deep romantic connection. And tho all this should still apply regardless in any circumstance, I have seen a few cases where I think something else is ALSO going on as I struggle to see how they didn't realise they are bio men. The hight, bulild, masculine jaw, adems apple, voice etc they didn't look "passable" to me. And it seems to be more common of getting with them then killing them in certain demographics where homosexuality is looked on less favourably.
