WHY is no one bringing up the 2nd reason defined in Section 3 of the 14th Amendment?
It's actually an update to the 1st Amendment as a result of the Civil War.
"or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof."
No laws need to be broken, just SUPPORTING them in any way automatically disqualifies them.
It applies to any current or former member of our Government or our Military at any level that swore an Oath to Serve and Protect the United States, it's Constitution and violated it.
How can they POSSIBLY be trusted to not do it again?
