I want to share something that , in Mahabharata lord Krishna handover the job to serve food for both Kauravas and Pandavas during kurukshetra war to the king of udapi.... After war lord Krishna blessed by saying that his bhojana will be all over in aryavarta.
Me and my wife are native to Udupi now staying in a far land. My pregnant wife, after watching this video, cried because she had craving for Udupi food after watching this video.
Coconut and jaggery is a divine combination. Thank you for covering Udipi which happens to be my native place.
Today only i reached mumbai leaving my hometown and after watching this video i am even missing more my native place udupi i am happy that my native place is udupi

When you eat Saaru Anna - rasam rice on a plantain leaf, you make a well in the middle of the rice mound where they pour rasam - Saaru or sambar - huli
