Not quite. At lower temperatures in the interior the snow is light & dry. On the coast the snow has higher moisture content & it's falling near the freezing level, so it immediately packs into ice & slush.
Vancouver drivers are so weird, they really need to upgrade their buses when their route goes through the hill. Those buses with the lines on the top sucks with snow and will never ever be able to defeat the snow on the hills.

yes indeed, but it was my understanding if we pay another 12% tax on our pay and everything we purchase it will speed up the stopping of climate change or is it global warming or didnt they say a new ice age originally, perhaps that fellow who lit all the fires (but they told us climate change, I guess that guy didnt like climate change getting all the attention ) in Quebec last summer could help us on the most updated terminology

City needs to spend more for winter stop being cheap.

Ok, I give up. What’s a “major” snowstorm? Ten flakes?
and you can see people are still driving very fast......
Speed is necessary to get up hills.

Yeah my old Mazda tribute was a fwd with snow tires and was fine for hitting Burnaby hills off of Marine dr; going downhill was not an option though.

Looks like a normal day in the rest of the country... aside from Toronto.
