- Atlanta rapper Young Thug, born Jeffery Williams, faces multiple charges under Georgia's RICO Act. Williams, believed to be the leader of the YSL collective, supposedly operated a "criminal street gang" from outside his residence. Williams faces eight charges in a 65-count indictment. These charges include drug possession, possession with intent to distribute, and participating in criminal gang activity as an individual employed by a criminal street gang. Opening statements will take place on November 27.

Yesterday the Judge yelled at the defense for springing up a video call Steele unprofessional also his video was shorter her video is 28 min like bro wtf. Now he want to meet to discuss nawl mfer. Chew her out as well.
It's funny how the witnesses voiced changed once the defense started asking questions! All of a sudden, the fake sore throat or raspyness of her voice just disappeared!

One of these people, attorneys, or judge, or something in this case, better check out the new legislation that passed about artist expression with lyrics and all that stuff being admissible in court, because as of right now that was passed immediately, and they violating it
They don’t care. The legal system is a parasite. And like all parasites they exist to keep themselves alive.
FACTS
This legislation is on a state-by-state basis and not a federal statute. States like New York and California have adopted this standard as you described years ago. Unfortunately the state of Georgia is about 20 years behind and does not follow this legal precedent, which is why this is a valid case and trial here. I don’t think the prosecution has a case here as RICO Act violations are extremely difficult to prove in court and convince a jury beyond a reasonable doubt. They have not yet proven their case to me as I’ve been watching this dumpster 🔥 since the beginning of all of the pretrial motions and jury pool selection process.
I believe that it was introduced by a Georgia politician and it has passed legislation and I think it’s a bill now
@@mrcivilianapparel it was introduced in 1791 in this little known thing called “The Bill of Rights.” I believe it was published in some document. Can’t remember the name though… oh yeah, the Constitution.
So the motion for cameras to be taking out of court room is moved to next week Friday. State says online threats etc. Make sure no one in here’s theaters anyone in anyway…. Friday next week hopefully the judge doesn’t allow it

@battlerudee After watching this trail for months, I don't see RICO but lessor crimes were evident. But I am hoping for "not guilty." Mainly because of foul play on the States behavior and bias Judge.
