I do love that we at least know Doctor Doom is going to have a great actor playing him, and Robert Downey Jr. did a great job playing a villain in Oppenheimer (the film where he won his Academy Award/Oscar and I was rooting for him to win the second I saw the film), as Lewis Strauss, and since Doctor Doom is easily the greatest comic book villain that hasn't gotten a good live-action adaptation yet, I think this is a good sign is basically what I thought when and first heard it. then I had some time to think about it and the more I see it as little more than a gimmick to get people back.
