you probably need the Double Jump Relic, it make you able to use the Gravity Boots multiple times (after using the second jump) and kick chandle/mobs (also after using it).
Why don't you show the location on the map? -_-

it's like on the bottom right but not the very bottom
How come mine only does the gravity jump from the ground? I can't do it twice in a row only one at a time from standing first.. Also how do you jump off the candles?
Press jump button while pressing down, after the 2nd jump in mid air.

its in the olrox place but in the inversed castle in the center of the map, you see where ? :)
Go to inverted castle clock tower and drop down the right side and follow that path until you reach the big sword guy and then drop down to bottom floor, go left, then drop down that long way and walk right and then down and left and the mid left side of the map. Gl
