My Brother in law is living in this dlf society. I have seen this actual flat. Quality of material and fit and finish even seeling and paint used by dlf is below average and of poor quality,

The apartment will become luxury after interior work since it's an unfurnished flat, otherwise the society is top notch. Visit it once and u will realise the price is quite worth the quality of the project. Only issue could be the size of the apartment.
Have seen this property. It's beautiful undoubtedly. Very peaceful surrounding also can see peacock 🦚also. Only thing I felt that the clubhouse was quite small keeping into consideration large number of flats in the project.
