Here is the way to skip your Notice Period . Its applicable only for those wants to change the sponsorship by getting NOC from the current company or the Current company accepting the Resignation letter by giving Stamp and Signature .

In any case, you have to wait around 1 months to complete the processing or its depend on the letter that you submitted which is mentioning not required Notice Period

Go to Al khoor office …and take printout of all the documents you needed to transfer…submit their manually.

I spent two months obtaining the PCC and one month dealing with the ADLSA (Notice Period From Government), so it was a really disappointing and frustrating experience I faced while switching job in Qatar.

i got noc from the current employer and i submit to new employer then they upload my noc in ADLSA but they cant to upload my noc.finally they told me to go labor department office and request them to delete your previous activity then only i can upload your noc documents .so i have question for isit possible and i want to know the procedure.

After uploading the NOC and documents we cannot get early approval we must wait one month.
Those who have NOC and looking for immediate change with out notice period please must visit ministry of labor and ask them the procedure then upload as per that.

log in with your Qatar ID and Registered mobile number , then click on log in , you will receive OTP, then mention this OTP there, then apply for changing
