I believe those little bins are actually scoops from conveyers that moved grain or maybe even finer stuff like flour. Cool stuff.

Scary stuff. You 2 have hit the payload and have a lot of work ahead of you. This is so much fun watching you uncover history and make this into your own place. Enjoy and be safe.

I like how at each bin of bins you can tell there was a label. Maybe inventory numbers?

Very interesting space, the concrete base by the elevator looks like it may have had a stationary Engine Mounted there maybe ran by steam. Good luck with your new project.

The boxes are for samples for incoming bulk delivery. They used to use the same thing at a bean storage my dad delivered to. Pretty cool stuff!

You might need to bash the brick walls down to make it easier to clean up the place!

I'm surprised you didn't tie the end of a ball of string to something before you went in there, I was disoriented!

Still haven’t seen the elevator it self or the drive system for it.

No energy to repair it, yet. I plan on doing a full episode once we start addressing it. The motor for it (on the roof) had all its wires cut flush with the motor.

Didn't see any cob web or spider webs. Your tenant keeps a fairly clean place. But still, they have to leave.
