      @Million-pity-school. Před 2 lety +8

      In India we have democracy + federal system + multipolitics + freespeech + secularism. No other nation has this much freedom. This freedom actually gives opportunities to corruption.
      Here states act like foreign power to the center due to federal system and federation of states along with multipolitical system. Many cases central govt is forced to oblige to the corrupt states demand and this demand includes giving protection to terror groups also. Here you have all sort of nonsense.
      If India wants grow into developed nation means root out federal system and multipolitics and make it bipolitics like USA and implement unitary form of govt like south Korea and Singapore democracy. If we do this within 10 years India can become developed nation.
      Nobody is telling this. But they talk about the need to bring Singapore kind of economy but what they hide from you is the "unitary form of govt present in Singapore and south Korea".

    In coming 50 years storing and maintaining a constant supply of fossil fuels, minerals etc. is a very big challenge for those who wants to dominate a region or other parts of the word. As such whoever first dominates the untouched & unmarked region like arctic will maintain a lead in fulfilling fossil fuels, minerals etc. requirements much needed when it comes to driving long term goals both militarily and economically.

    The Arctic has always been the most direct route to attack North America. If you look at a globe, you can see the distance is much shorter than attacking from east or west. A map is a 2-dimensional view of a 3-dimensional world. If you look at a globe of the Earth, going north is the fastest way to Alaska, Canada, and the rest of the continental US. During the Cold War, US bombers flew over the Arctic all the time.
