Giving Ashe the Force of Nature is pretty much Ashe if she is actually smart with her sawed off double barrel
You should add a HUD text for all characters explaining their weapons, make DF’s punch randomly not work (because caber) and make double jumps and triple jumps play a ring explosion
I actually was planning on it but was worried it’d take up too much of the screen (plus I like talking about the changes in videos) but i might add it when I have time. I’ll just have to explain 37 heroes which takes a bit

For junkrat, Id say for the Lock and Load, make it so it does massive damage to barriers and Mei wall. That feels comparable to building damage
I just am not sure how to detect barriers, but that is a good idea
@@KendelRmaybe a start damage modification would work? Make his weapon do massive damage using the non-workshop hero settings. Then in the workshop have a rule for damage against heroes.
you can make it for all players on Hero Junkrat or you can set in the conditions Hero of (event player) = Junkrat.
Then the actions: starts damage modification. The damager is junkrat and the receiver is all players, opposite the team of, event player” (which is junkrat). That specific action should have a rule for setting a percentage of how much damage you’d do so set it so it deals less damage.
The problem is that the damage reduction (which we could say is the normal damage now) only works on players. And the actual damage set by the non-workshop settings which is the increased damage against buildings works on ALL non-player entities so it includes not just barriers and mei wall, but other buildables like BOB, turrets, and lifeweaver petal and tree.
My internet isn’t good enough rn to actually test but it’s what I remember form the workshop.
And also more damage to armor, shields, turrets, deployables, etc. Idk about armor though.
Roadhog could have any of Heavy's other lunchboxes: the banana for less healing but shorter cooldown, or the Dalokohs bar for even less healing but temporarily increasing your maximum health.
Or the strak sandwich, where it doesn't heal you at all, but you temporarily gain increased movement speed and melee damage, but take increased damage and can't shoot your gun. That last one would probably be hilarious.
Imagine the strat being to hook and then one shot melee
The steak sandwich would make it so he does enough melee damage that hooking and meleeing them would kill them instantly
You should make that when tracer blinks she loses a percentage of the speed boost she gained (If it is possible of course), that making her a character more depending of her speed instead of the blinks

The issue with Reaper is that even if implemennted correctly a 35% damage increase with a halved ammo capacity results in a damage decrease (assuming all shots connect perfectly against the targets back) of 260% thus being an objective downgrade, to improve him I suggest increasing the bullet count to 6 (resulting in an effective 10% more damage assuming you land all shots against the targets back)

@@user-km3re4ng7o Well no, the change implemented in this video was giving a damage increase from behind (same as backscatter) and reducing the ammo count by half, the backscatter only has its ammo reduced by 33%, in a six shot weapon that results in a loss of only 2 bullets as opposed to the 4 reaper loses. If we were to quickly compare the numbers, 6 shots from the scattergun landing every pellet and with 0 damage ramp or fall-off would deal 360 damage. Comparatively the backscatter with 4 shots landing every pellet no damage ramp or fall-off and getting the mini crits from behind, would deal
324 damage, resulting I a damage downgrade of less than 1 shell, in comparison with reapers ammo getting halved his damage went from 864 (landing all pellets no fall-off) to a measly 583, as you can see the difference is much larger between the two, scout loses 10% of his damage, reaper loses 45% of his damage
You could remove Rein's firestrikes to kinda balance it since the charge n targe replaces demoman's secondary
How about giving Junkrat a Sticky Jumper? Make his mines do zero damage and significantly reduce their cooldown.

since the winger deals 15% more damage, and the revolver only gets a 16.6% decrease in clip size, that means you have effectively, 5.75 bullets in your clip, since you also get increased vertical mobility, its basically a straight upgrade
The scorch shot does do a taunt kill but only at a limited range, everything past like 10feet is a regular shot. Before that it does 420 damage and lights the enemy on fire. Which is interesting cause its not an insta kill against an overhealed heavy

Ram having the holiday gloves would be much better. What balances the holiday punch is that you need to get a melee hit, usually from the back, as the biggest and slowest class in the game.
You give Kiriko ability to instantly kill any heroes is really funny. I mean this an be a huge game changer. Means that Tank will be very bad against very good Kiriko Player or TF2 Spy Mains.
Try giving Roadhog Crit-a-Cola, and Ashe the Soda Popper! Maybe try the Tide Turner for Reinhardt!
Genji with the Eyelander can be fun. Also Brigitte with Disciplinary Action.
Imagine Genji running with 300+ health and immense super speed after farming the enemy team and just being absolutely unstoppable. Or Brigitte whipping Rein into shape.
Would love to see you tackle some of these so they fit more into Overwatch stats. Especially junkrat’s loch and load. Making way less grenades but with absurd speed

i think something funny for junkrat could be the loose cannon, give him 1 chargeable shot that has knock back and high damage but that sounds like a pain to code so maybe just 1 shot that has knock back and 190 damage or something to your liking
Vimu here, aka one of the guys that helped with testing on this video, I wasn't there to test All the abilities so some of the later ones definitely did surprise me, mostly because I don't play TF2, this looks to be one of Kendel's best modes yet and i'm so glad i was even able to help even if it was not for long!

Thermal thruster for Winston (2 jumps with a longer cooldown but able to hold 2 charges) and Souther hospitality for Torb (Bleed on melee) sound like better alternatives
Maybe make Ana melee Bushwhacka. Maybe Ambassador for McCree. Maybe Half zatochi for Genji. Junker queen maybe axetinquisher or third degree replace axe. Maybe direct hit for Pharoh. Maybe Jag or Southern hospitality for torbjorn.

The reason I didn’t change it was because anti nade takes around 33% of a 200 hp hero’s health, so have a 35% damage vulnerability was around the same effect

Wouldve loved to see the Ambassador or Diamondback on Mccrassidy. The diamond back would be sick though needing a certian number of kills guarantee more damage, probably opaf but its a custom
for genji (I think that's how you spell idk I don't play overwatch) his item also does mini crits while you are air born I don't know how much it would effect balance but I think it could be cool.

As someone who used to play overwatch 1 and now playing tf2 I find this pretty nice

How do you Active sombra crikey?
Something I think about is how TF2 characters could be brought into overwatch, translated and adapted. Various alt items would become abilities, such as sandvich, bonk, and throwables, and also probably some MVM abilities like medic’s shield. I’ve never played MVM tho so idk on that front.
With Illari being added in the game recently, I imagine someone with an automatic weapon being able to fire endlessly into an area as long as they’re close to the pylon (like the Dispenser). And yes, the healing would still be present.
Crossbow mercy would be really fun and op. Good damage and healing at range? Nice! And Hanzo probably should have his passive healing upped to a max of 6.
I’d have to make a custom projectile but it’d be cool.

Suggestion: Tracer/soda popper, you have less clip size but you build hype with each hit, after activating it you can jump 5 times in the air
How do you activate the Cleaner's Carbines Crikey?
Give road hog the chocolate bar, wont heal him as much. Gives him a shorter cool down and the first time he uses it. It fives him more health
What if you gave someone the Third Degree? When they melee someone it also damages the last person to heal the target. Or I guess it could just also deal damage to both enemy supports, that’s probably easier to code.
Maybe I’ll just make it so if someone healed them in the last 2 seconds it does damage to the support

You could also give rine the tide turner so he can charge in smaller places, or even the eyelander a rine witg les hp but if he gets kills the fasyer he moves and the more he gets.
For rode maybe the candy bar or the sscond banana
100 extra hp and 100 armor and heals for 30% of max hp
And for banana it faster to eat and heals 50 % of max hp.
For the sanvwitch maybe make it so it always heals two times rodes hp and armor.
For sombra maybe give her a knife like your eternal reward where when she backstabs some one she instaly gos invis.
For simetra maybe give her the short circuit where her charge shot deletes projectiles but cust more amo.
For wido maybe give her the heatmans heat maker.
For torb maybe the widomaker or the gunslinger where he gets a turret with less hp and fires faster with a short cool down and makes his mele do les damage but every 3 hits gives a crit.
For mercy maybe the quickfix she heals faster but les hp and her ult changes to a masive heal.
For soldier maybe the whip.
For rematra (I don't know how you say the guy who blocks name )maybe the warrior spirit he take smore damage but every take down he gets like 20% max hp heal.
Gengi could get the medic weapon where if he hits someone he gets uber.
Hanso could probably get the sniper shields.
For ashe maybe the panic attack faster fire rate with low hp but slower fire rate with full hp.
Maybe winston or orisa could get the brass beast more damage but slower movement and at low hp the 25% damage resistance and for winston a shorter jump.
For junkrat maybe the ironbomber.
Give some one the fish and hot hand.
For cass maybe the prity boys pocket pistol les damage but faster fire rate and heals a bit of the damage delt.
For the Scorch Shot: Symm's secondary fire would deal -35% damage and probably be unable to be charged (to sorta mimic the minicrit instead of full crit when compared to the regular Flare Gun). Then give it a blast radius that applies the fire, and increased knockback on direct hits.
This way, it'd be a proper sidegrade to the regular Symm alt-fire

For hogs sandvich in tf2 you can also throw your sandvich onto the ground which can then be used by other players as a medkit

Changes I would recommend:
- Moira - Ubersaw (make a slight change where you get 15% Ult on Melee *kills*, that way it's not too busted for us DPS Moiras)
- Torb - Eureka Effect, taunting teleports you to spawn
- Roadhog - Soda Popper (make everyone's life hell with Roadhog mains taking to the skies, but probably disable something like his Hook)
(Might add more suggestions later)
I think soldier's buff banners would fit Lucio well
I would honestly say for sym make it to where when you secondary fire it’s uses all of her ammo so people can’t spam and make the reload a bit longer

Good video but there are a few decisions that kind of bugged me, Cassidy has a revolver and you didn't give him any of spy's revolvers, I think a perfect one could have been the Diamondback where if Cassidy lands a magnetic grenade his next shot will be a critical hit to represent sapping something and if he gets a kill with a melee hit he gets 2 crits, also I think junkrat would really benefit from the market gardener more since he's able to fully replicate that playstyle with his conc mines, as for a replacement for torb I think the rescue ranger would be perfect for him since it heals his turret remotely and can reposition his turret without having to rebuild it again
For Hammond'd dead ringer, maybe get rid of the shield entirely? Like, if he activates the shield, it doesn't give him extra hit points, but still gives him the effect of the dead ringer. You should also probably put a massive cooldown on if you respawn like this. Or, alternatively, you can replace his Ult with this? Just ideas.
Junkerqueen's abilities remind me of the scout's sandman and guilotine combo
I was playing the mode a lot when i noticed that widows change was buggy. Unless it was intentional or the only way it could be made, the piercing range is like a circle it can hit a targert not directly behind them but to the side. Ive had cases where ive killed someone through a wall. It also seems like its appling the damage everytime someone damaged by widow if that makes sense. Like if i Damage bot 1, bot 2 next to him would take damage but bot 3 whos closes to bot 1 but just close enough to bot 2 would straight up die. Just figure i should tell you incase its bot by design.

Press your interact button and primary fire. On PC it’s F + shoot. PlayStation is left joy stick and shoot (I think). Not sure on Xbox

You could replace the Sandvich with the Buffalo Steak giving Roadhog a better hook cooldown and increased melee damage, or use the ideas of the Family Business Panic Attack, or Dhalokas to increase base HP for a duration.
Echo should have the YER, whenever u get a backstab, the victim instantly resurrects but revokes all control from him, then echo goes invisible and the victim is phased out, then echo is attached to the victim but echo has control over the victim 's throttle, forward, backward, left, right and up, no abilities tho. when echo dies by the victim 's team or fires primary or uses an ability, the victim respawns, is no longer phased out and has control over their own actions again. Echo will no longer be attached to the victim, wont be invisible and will move normally.

1. Give junkrat the market gardener. Because junkrat bombs people from the sky using mine jump, getting a critical hit punch on a squishy can save you a lot of resources.
2. Give torbjorn the frontier justice. Getting free critical hits
after destroying your turret (which recently got kills and assists) makes torbjorn a lot more fun to play
3. Give Brigitte the battalions backup. Whenever she activates rally, everyone will not only get overheal, but they also receive massive defensive buffs where they take less damage from all sources, damage taken from critical hits, mercy damage boost and nanoboost are turned off.
4. Junker queen gets the axtinguisher. You know what will make junker queen a lot more broken? If her axe deals critical hits on bleeding players or players who are taking other damage over time sources (burning)
I forgot that I SHOULD be able to detect Torb turret kills. Those some good ideas
