Does the mirror have one long wire to hang from? If so, you can place two anchors equidistant apart but center them on the middle of the mirror. So each anchor would be the same distance from the center point. Does that make sense? I feel like I didn’t explain that well. 🤣🤣
To hang a heavy mirror on a tile wall, you really only have one choice. You will need to mount the mirror in a stud and you will need a tile drill bit to make the hole without cracking the tile.

That mirror is behind a door. Once you open the door, the door knob could hit the mirror.
