Thank you Brother Phap Linh. This is one of the most beautiful talks I have heard about touching the silence within us, and how we can enter into that space. Your calm voice and manner .. the pauses in your talk ... your invitation to feel & listen to our own breath, feel the sensations in our bodies felt so natural to me to reach that inner space.
Thank you once again, Brither Phap Linh

Dear brother Phap Linh, what an excellent talk! Unusual, unprecedented, unique yet so deep and meaningful! I have only just found this little piece of jewel, and I am so happy about it! It was actually the time to take my meditation practice to a deeper level, and you just gave me the right ideas and the right direction as to how to do it. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!💖💕💖 We can only do it together!😀👏👏👏🙏💕

Oh Brother, this was the most beautiful and relaxing silence creating experience, the best body awareness I have had in a long time. It was easy to find the pasage to the silence inside of me to create this beautiful relationship between body and mind, the wake up to the present moment. I could hear the greetings, the welcoming on my arrival to this special place ... with no words. Excellent! Thank you. Thank you. Thank you Br Phap Linh

This Dharma talk by Thay Phap Linh is very deep and a new approach to teach how to wake up. His detailed hint must be very useful for practitioners who have never awaken themselves. I have not heard Thích Nhất Hạnh explained like this before.
Mindfulness sounds easy but actually it is not so easy to practice because we must stop thinking in order to be really mindful. In other words mindfulness means self-transformation. We need to transform ourselves from ego (separate self) to awareness (true self, non-separate self). In other words, awareness is equal to the whole cosmos, awakened consciousness, the Buddha, or God.
The key message of this Dharma talk is to stop thinking. So, I felt that Thay Phap Linh had better stopping to say, "I think...". It may be his habit but I recommend him to use "I feel...". It may be a little bit better expression.

I was listening while resting and never before l felt my tiredness as today . Wondering how l can join a retreat to feel the collective energy as l Don't feel it being here on my own. I have been ill for more than ten years now. Looking for silence without feeling so alone as l do now. It's been a wonderful experience breathing and listening to your soft voice. Thank you

But the sound is so weak, that even when at its loudest on my computer, I can often hardly hear brother's Phap Linh's voice.
Would it please be possible to tune it up? Many thanks.
