We are tentatively booked for this on Weds July 12th. Private Tour 7 of us. Is the Cliff jumping required to get back to the trail? What shoes do you recommend? TEVAs Or Tennis shoes Or? What kind of clothes do you recommend? Are lifejackets available for those who are a bit fearful? (I'm a swimmer & have been to CR many times, just not La Leona, but am curious for our group)
1-The cliff jumping is optional! You have to sidetrack a little bit off the main trail to do it. You don't need to jump in order to get to the waterfall, only if you want to add extra adventure you jump. 2-Tevas, tennis shoes or water shoes with a good sole are great 3-Regarding clothes: Wear sport clothes and your bathing suit under your clothes 4-Life jackets will always be available for anyone who needs one.
