Would you feel comfortable using this as a jogging stroller since it's all terrain and the front wheel locks?

You can put it into bassinet type mode with the material on the seat, no additional bassinet needed.
Kind of a bummer that it only holds 11 pounds underneath…which is what travel strollers hold, not a full size stroller. That to me is the biggest downside and the reason I stopped considering it as a possibility for my future daily use stroller.
