Does it stay reflective when it’s dark outside while the lights are on inside?

No it does not

Actually it stays reflective but when there is more light inside than out, reflection is minimized

No it just looks like a tinted window at night

No it does not if you press you face close to the glass you can kind of see inside but you need to be super close

To be honest I’m not in a hot enough country to confirm this

We have some in an outbuilding with single glazed windows and it makes a massive difference. We didn't have enough to do all windows and we find things like frost melts a lot quicker from the bare window. So keeps heat in in winter and out in summer.
Am in the UK so not extreme weather though.
