That's why we need to know the meaning of Salah. When we are praying, we are actually asking forgiveness & mercy of Allah. We are praising & accepting Him as the only God. But when you don't know the meaning just moving your lips subconsciously, it doesn't count as fully correct. May Allah give all of us tolerance & help us to pay attention while praying.

You are right. It is really really helpful and great thing to learn the meanings of whatever we recite in Salah. This makes it really easy to concentrate in Salah. May Allah help us to pay attention in our prayers.

The Prophet said,
“Allah says: ‘I am just as My slave thinks I am, (i.e. I am able to do for him what he thinks I can do for him) and I am with him if He remembers Me. If he remembers Me in himself, I too, remember him in Myself; and if he remembers Me in a group of people, I remember him in a group that is better than they; and if he comes one span nearer to Me, I go one cubit nearer to him; and if he comes one cubit nearer to Me, I go a distance of two outstretched arms nearer to him; and if he comes to Me walking, I go to him running” [Sahih Bukhari].
Does this mean that since I think Allah will forgive all my sins when I ask they will be forgiven. Does this mean that if I believe I did my best in this world and think Allah wiki enter me to Al Firdous it will happen? Lastly does this mean that if I do a good deed I am proud of with good intentions and I believe that Allah will reward me, does this mean I get an amazing unimaginable rewards?

In Quran, Allah Almighty says:
*“Indeed, those who believe and do righteous deeds and establish prayer and give zakah will have their reward with their Lord, and there will be no fear concerning them, nor will they grieve.”* (2:277)
*Don't miss your Obligatory prayer anyhow.*
*The first question will be asked on the day of judgment is about Salah.*
*If we have prayed it correctly then we will be saved Inshallah.*
*If you are not praying any salah then begin with Fard(Obligatory) Salah.*
*If you count the time for only Obligatory prayer then it will not exceed even an hour of your 24 hour.*
*Each Obligatory salah will take 10 minutes.*
*Multiply it with 5 Salah and it will take only 50 minutes of your 24 HOURS.*
*Can't you give this much small period of time to the one who created you?*

For me, khusyuk means being 100% aware of the true meaning, the feelings/thoughts behind the words during Salah. Every word that you uttered is Dzikir/Dua' in the remembrance of Allah SWT.
Not everyone is blessed, to be able to prostrate themselves to Allah. There are millions of humans who have never even put their head on the ground as submission to Allah.
Be thankful. You are a lucky human. You are a muslim. Alhamdulillah!

I was doing that zikr (subhanallahi wabihamdih subhanallahil 'azim) after I learned it in the video just now.
and while I was doing just that, the timestamp was at 8:33, and now I'm crying.
and there was a lot of times, when everything I did, I felt like Allah was directly referring and talking about me. lots of times. before I started my hijrah, I've never felt this blessed. I'm so glad I made a hijrah since last year.
and there's even a hadith narrated by Abu Hurairah, the Prohet PBUH said,
"Allah says: 'When he draws near Me by the span of his hand, I draw near him by the length of a cubit. When he draws near Me by the length of a cubit, I draw near him by the length of a fathom. When he comes to Me walking, I come to him running.' "
it's in the same hadith mentioned in the video. I pray that anyone who tries to get closer to Allah, will feel the same as I am. the feel of feeling loved by Allah. feel like Allah mentions you in everything you do. Allahumma ameen.

Dua when feeling sad.
اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّىْ عَبْدُكَ وَابْنُ عَبْدِكَ وَ ابْنُ اَمَتِكَ نَاصِيَتِىْ بِيَدِكَ مَاضٍ فِىَّ حُكْمُكَ عَدْلٌ فِىَّ قَضَآءُكَ اَسْاَلُكَ بِكُلِّ اسْمٍ هُوَلَكَ سَمَّيْتَ بِهِ نَفْسَكَ اَوْ اَنْزَلْتَهُ فِىْ كِتَابِكَ اَوْ عَلَّمْتَهُ اَحَدًا مِّنْ خَلْقِكَ اَوِ اسْتَاْثَرْتَ بِهِ فِىْ عِلْمِ الْغَيْبِ عِنْدَكَ اَنْ تَجْعَلَ الْقُرْآنَ اْلْعَظِيْمَ رَبِيْعَ قَلْبِىْ وَ نُوْرَ صَدْرِىْ وَ جَلآَءَ حُزْنِىْ وَ ذَهَابَ هَمِّىْ وَ غَمِّىْ
O Allah! Indeed I am your servant, the son of Your bondman, son of Your bondwoman my fore look is in Your Hand; Your command is in my favour, and Your decree based on justice. I ask You with every name of Yours that You have named for Yourself, or revealed in Your Book or taught anyone of Your creation, or kept hidden with Yourself. (I ask) that you make the Quran the delight of my heart, the light of my chest, and the means of removing my grief and sorrow and worries. (Musnad-Ahmed)
