@@alohasnackbar9478don’t Iron Curtains insta-kill infantry? Yuriko is an infantry, she’d get killed by the Iron Curtain’s effect, not on vehicles though.
For those who might stumble on this and not know what the song is about, she is a hero in Red Alert 3 and RA3:Uprising (from wiki)Recent reports reveal that the Empire's Psionic commando unit is a psychic warrior codenamed Yuriko Omega. Records of her origins are either highly classified or may not even exist. Intel suggests that Yuriko was the sole survivor of a brutal program - the Omega Program, to be precise - held in the Shiro Sanitarium, a private military firm that seeks to decrease the Empire's reliance on high technology with a literally living weapon. It is unknown what effect the Sanitarium's program had on Yuriko's mental state, though she appears dehumanized. Whatever occurred, Yuriko possesses immense power; not fully understood by science. It has been reported that Yuriko is capable of levitating infantry and vehicles into the air before ripping them apart with her psionic powers, as well as instantly destroying any aircraft by sending them crashing into the ground.
And for those who haven't played this game, Yuriko is straight broken. Not only can rip apart buildings with her psi powers, she can easily kill vehicles and mass murder infantry with a psionic scream ability. While the AI doesn't use her properly, a player can target a vehicle, lift it off the ground a bit, move to another, do the same, and then another, etc and literally juggle them in the air while leaving her targeted on it enough to do lethal damage as long as she targets a vehicle before it touches the ground so they can't shoot back. She can even dominate other heroes with no problem. She can rip aircraft down, as OP stated including things like Kirov airships. The only way to effectively kill her is to ambush her with something like a chemical/fire weapon or just pull a Russia and overwhelm her with numbers. She honestly has one of the most interesting backstories in RA and I'm glad they sorta had a mini-campaign focusing on her. Would be nice if she had a full game but eh.
@@BullsMahunny SPOILERS And those are just the clones we use in the regular gameplay. The original Yuriko is far more OP. She can create a shield that trows any attacks back at her enemies, trow tanks and cars on each others destroying them both in one shot and strait up mind control others to fight for her. If she had taken part to the war in person, the Allies and Soviets wouldn't have stood a chance.
@@BullsMahunny I would have liked a red alert game were Yuriko would have started a rebellion and formed her own faction made of psykers. Kinda like the "brotherhood" in the X-Men.
That's because of how related she could be to Scrin Her psychic powers could've been caused by Yuri And Yuri is a creation of Kane Kane created Yuri with the Tacitus The tacitus relates to the scrin Therefor Yuriko relates to the scrin!
Where did you got them? Haha I haven't searched recently but some years ago I tried with no luck to find the japanese lyrics. Also asked some japanese friends to translate it for me but they told me they didn't understand what it says, just some words here and there
That's because sylables and emphasises are completely wrong in every regard. The singers are essentially talking like that: Si nging a so ngab outa de monprin cess. It's very obvious that whoever is singing it, doesn't even speak a single word of japanese and just tonalizes the words or rather sylables as she feels. It sounds beautiful to someone not speaking the language, but is basically just complete gibberish.
I think a song about a demon princess being Yuriko's theme is very fitting.
"IT'S HER! SHE IS THE ONE WHO INSTA-KILLED MY KIROVS"
shut it,u blew up half of my base >:,
same but i give her iron curtons

Not to mention red alert 3 uprising showcased even more of her insane powers and thus is why I love uprising so much
that scrin icon at the bottom tho
pleasant to see
And right under the translations, the symbol of the Scrin..
That's because of how related she could be to Scrin
Her psychic powers could've been caused by Yuri
And Yuri is a creation of Kane
Kane created Yuri with the Tacitus
The tacitus relates to the scrin
Therefor Yuriko relates to the scrin!
The Rise of the rising sun is mostly scrin based technology
