That was an amazing mile marker stop. Yea, I've been around awhile.
😂😂
We definitely appreciate your loyalty and friendship!
my Dad was 17 at Savannah in 1944 and joined the Merchant Marines, he was on those Liberty ships, he went to Greece a lot delivering food and supplies.......one time they had this brilliant idea to bring pregnant cattle, so they could bring more beef, but the cows started delivering the calves midway in the Atlantic, it was a big mess, they probably never did that again ha ha ha
Anytime I think about things like the liberty ships I marvel at the bravery of American men and women. To crew ships or planes, etc that had such a short life expectancy just because they knew it was the right thing to do takes guts!
I love the story about the pregnant cows. Hilarious!
Looks like a great stop! Hope you made it to Stewart in time, too.
We did make it in time. Thanks !!
that is one bigass aquarium.......
It was amazing - well worth the visit!
Great video. Good Luck on the solar install. Let us know the details and what all they are doing. Thanks!
Thanks - we have been constructing the support system for the panels over the last few days - hopefully we will start installing the panels within the week!
Kaiser ship yard in San Francisco was another Liberty ship builder, so many employees he made his own Healthcare network of hospitals which are still all over California etc, Kaiser
I didn’t know that’s where it came from. How interesting!
