I agree with everything in this video other than having a strong support system to help with challenges beyond one's control. A lot of us have no support system other than ourselves so looking for a support system can weaken an individual in my opinion.

Dont be quiet because quiet people are weird and outcasts. Quiet does not mean powerm if hitler was quiet he wont be hitler as we knew him. It all depends on what you say.

There's the strong silent type, and then there is the narcissist giving you the "silent treatment," which is emotional abuse. Don't get those 2 types of people mixed up. 😒
So, where does God or His grace come in here if you are a Christian? Everything depends on your silence of a stoic? There is idolatry! You are God, is it? Because you the power that does all that? Good and serious Christians, be careful! Yes, silence has its place in life, keep it in its place. Use it where and when necessary and for the right reasons or purposes.
