He was awesome. Mary Taylor Moore and then the Love Boat... I've my 14-year-old watching them now, and he's hooked.. even better knowing Jesus was the orchestrator of his career. I absolutely loved when he was on the Today Show announcing the name of the Lord right on the air! Sadly, I can't find that interview ANYWHERE online...
I stumbled across this book recently and as I loved the Love Boat knew I would enjoy the book. I did enjoy it as it brought back many memories of that wonderful show. His life is also fascinating and I was engrossed in it, but then he started preaching and immediately I was turned off. I have faith but really you don't need to ram it down people's throats. Leave it to the ministers Gavin. Sorry you lost me.
