the cranes are honestly my favourite. So unique and cool looking. Frontier does bird surprisingly well, so I really, really, really hope they do an aviary pack at some point. They're unique and interesting and the babies are just great.
Every pack keeps getting better and better! The capybara! The crane! The otter! The buffalo! The platypus! The lechwe, newt and caiman! They're all amazing! These packs are always worth the wait!
The Lechwe and Caiman are probably my favourites in this pack, but the Crane and Capy come very close. I love seeing Lechwe in a mixed species exhibit with Hippos
All of these animals look amazing, also kinda hoped you would make a new tropical based zoo for these creatures rather than putting them in the last zoo, but it's ok either way.
It's in its own themed section so it basically feels like an entirely new zoo anyway
I'm glad he's continuing the previous one. He put so much work into it, and it would be a waste not to make it a lot bigger.
Platypus was the thing I was most exited about
I think for a future dlc for this year of planet zoo could be either a death valley pack with greater roadrunner, kit fox, desert cottontail, coyote, desert tortoise and for an exhibit maybe death valley pupfish. Or a reptile pack with leatherback sea turtles, reticulated python, nile crocodile, marine iguana and for an exhibit panther chameleon
They added the bald cypress (plus the breathing roots, perfect for alligators exhibits!) and water tupelo in the free update
I think my highlight animal is actually the newt. I just love how aquarium like this exhibit feels! all the other animals are amazin as well but now I have new hopes for aquariums
It's called the Spectacled Caiman because its name comes from a bony ridge found near the front of the eyes appearing to connect the eyes like a pair of spectacles.
Why I watch the BiS animal overview videos: So much appreciation for ALL the cuteness.
I’d like to see birds engage in Nesting behavior, where a Female Bird lays eggs in a Bedding building piece, and then will sit on the nest until they hatch. The Male would then bring the female food from the nearest feeder. Reptiles could do this as well, and it would add some more realism into the game.

Buffalo is my personal favorite. I really like it because it's so powerful and elegant, with incredible horns.

Okay, I was cooing and awwing over all the babies, but the baby otter and the baby caiman. My heart!
Really feel like the Nile Croc would've been perfect for this pack, especially considering we now have 2 similarly sized caiman in the game

Love this pack. Lots of diversity in terms of animals from different continents, animals from different families and great models all around
Spectacled caiman are called that because of a raised ridge of skin just before the eyes makes them look like they are wearing spectacles.
I like how they made a new exhibit for the newt to make it a bit more unique

Mongolian Wild Horse, Maned Wolf, Emu, African Crested Porcupine, Nine-Banded Armadillo, Tasmanian Devil, African Spurred Tortoise and Frilled Lizard for Exhibit animal.

The otter just looks so cute!
Fun fact: my agricultural college had a pair of Asian small-clawed otters. I once had to do a 6-hour behavioural observation on them, and I can confirm watching them never gets boring.
My college had small clawed otters too :D they used to try and push us into their pool when we cleaned and fed them :F

Those are the sounds baby crocodilians make, when they hatch they make those sounds to call their mother.

Hey BiS, I saw on the trailer an underwater tunnel and I was wondering if you could showcase how to make those since none of the other content creators have done so quite yet
Are you sure? I definitely learned how to do it from other creators aha. I think Delady has a guide on it.
BIS, seeing as PZ has well in pasted it’s two year anniversary mark and is still getting post launch content, do you see JWE2 getting the same treatment? I know JWE1 lost support after two years.

Frontier is a triple a studio while the prehistoric kingdom devs are a indie dev studio. They don’t have as much resources and funds for now

The reason they have beatiful reptiles is because of a certain game named Jwe2 or it might not but that is what I think but i'm open-minded.
To this day I have yet to see a word where the common plural form actually ends with “podes”

I wish the people who made Planet Zoo would create mounts for Elder Scrolls Online. PZ makes the mose realistic-looking animated animals I've ever seen. I love ESO, but they have the ugliest horses I've seen in any MMO.
