  • Cracking day at Woolacombe North Devon. It started off very light but the thermals of the beach made it a great time. The CG is as marked on the Plan and I have maximum rudder throws and 12mm up and down for the elevator. She is a sweet thermal glider. This glider is built under licence from Red Jenson of Alien technologies

    I built a small Sinbad 65 years ago, but never imagined flying it radio controlled. Your craft flies beautifully! Rudolph

    Beautiful in the full meaning of the expression ... it is funny though I am getting this stomach itch when a glider is launched out in the elements from a cliff .. even on screen :)) . I guess that loose connection to a free floating bird over a shoreline pulls an eternal string 😊

      Lucky chap :)) ... even mother nature rounded her edges to lift spirits even higher .. than Sindbadiaio climbs . 👼

    Beautiful! Funny, I've just been looking at ideas for a small glider. This is perfect. What span? Are the plans available? (Sorry, just seen your other films 😉)

    Hi,i have a question for you

  • @shortangrybloke
    @shortangrybloke Před 3 lety

    Hi nick, I have one of these on order. Do you think the structure could cope with solar film or similar covering ?

    • @NickChittyFlying
      @NickChittyFlying  Před 3 lety +1

      I think oralight will but the full colour solarfilm might warp it
