SD Gen 3 is giving far better performance than Med Dim 9300, because IQOO has far far better cooling system than Vivo and also optimised for performance.
So, this comparison is not fair.
Compare IQOO 12 pro (CHINEESE VARIANT) with IQOO 12.

During charge it gets little bit warm but that's normal every other phone gets hot while charging
I have used it normally like social media youtube n all
Also tested camera multiple time with heavy load
No any signs of overheating
