- We built a big tire motorized bicycle with a Tillotson 212cc engine. In today's episode, we turn our custom mini bike into a drag mini bike! We swap on a Tillotson 225cc racing engine and change the front forks out for a springer front end from a mountain bike, making this a comfortable and EXTREMELY capable mini bike! This might be our best custom mini bike to date- it's fast, handles really well, and looks killer!

Charles is actually the best thing to happen to this channel in a while. other than all of the upgrades and sick ass builds, but I absolutely love the fact that he's a main in all of the video's now

There are 3 things I would do to it though to help keep the front wheel down when you run it as a drag bike either on the track or sand. 1: turn the gas tank around 2: lower or tilt the handle bars forward (to a comfortable yet controllable position) 3: mount foot pegs on the rear axle area, that way the rider weight would be lower and farther forward.
If you leave air in the old tire, the side walls will not flex that much and the tire will brake down easy, I worked at tire shop's for years.
I reckon when you improve the seat, it should be a sprung seat.
I like Charles on the channel, he should be doing hot laps as well.

I'd like to see a bike with long travel suspension to handle your rough circuit. Even with a 6.5 hp engine I believe it would rule all.

I think you guys should make a real low fully encapsulated 2 stroke super fast drag bike. Something like you would see racing on the salt flats.
Idea: Buy a small drag slick tire for a front wheel drive drag car to install on the back rim. The car drag tire could be lighter than the ATV tire. Add drag link in the back to keep the bike from doing wheelies. Great idea was the front mountain bike forks! Loved it! Add a trumpet ram air scoop on the intake. Add a trumpet exaust pipe. Issac, your brother will always be the spit'in image of you. Gone drag'in! Too bad a Koler twin cylinder couldn't fit in the frame. I have seen snow mobile engines in drag bikes. Maybe you can find a small one to fit in the frame.
That is truly a beautiful project...........almost a bobberesque vintage vibe - love it.
I wonder if a knobby front tire will help get that lap time even lower 🤔
Also, since there's no rear suspension, a sprung seat might be a worthy mod

Legend has it, that in order to see the mythical Ike-Squatch up close all one has to do is get their Japanese Mini-truck stuck on a downed pine tree while exploring the woods. Then and only then with he come racing up on his Fat-tired mini drag-steed to save the day. All jokes aside, fun build guys. I like seeing Ike's brother when he has a guest appearance, he's a bicycle guru with all the experience and knowledge he has. :)
Could get fox forks for the drag bike to where you could adjust them.

Chucky and Ike did a Great job on this build. Had to restart to comment cause I felt this one for two reasons. 1 I have a 212 I built for my wife and I need your help. And 2. I have a 1984 Yamaha BigWheel 350 w/electric start that I'm in the process of restoring. It was a running specimen when I got it. Right up to the day I started tearing it down. TL:DR: can't wait to see the fatbike build
That K truck definitely needs a locked rear end. you need to get in there and weld up the spider gears. the only improvements that I could see that the fat tire mini bike might need. would be a knobbier front tire, a wider set of handle bars, and a small back rest on the seat, and you will have a killer dirt drag bike.
