    Thanks for your detailed descrition of the work and money you had to put in. I was looking to buy one for 2k that has been sitting in a field for a few years...will not.

      Better off spending 4-6k for a clean like-new one! That's how much you will end up spending in refurbish. Older ones like these I wouldn't pay more than $500-$1000 for.

    I just picked up the original 80’s toyota 9HD backhoe for mine with the correct original toyota mount bracket with the wedge pins on top. The quick tatch on mine has nothing to do with the backhoe. It dosent connect at all on the factory toyota setup. You gotta hook hoses up and lift with outriggers and the boom to get it lined up then drop in the wedge pins when you drive into it.

    The part that slides under the bucket and then you push the handle down to lock it in place

    • @LILEVO
      @LILEVO  Před 9 měsíci

      No, that stays. It can lock in your adapter plate that holds the backhoe if you design it that way. I don't think it's necessary to use though

    Mine has the correct brackets and it says Toyota on the backhoe,I just don’t know how I’m supposed to lift it to attach it and is it supposed to be lifted by the actual lifting arms.

    • @LILEVO
      @LILEVO  Před 10 měsíci

      Once you remove the bucket it should be pretty obvious. The bottom pins lock into the bottom of the backhoe bracket, the top will rest in the top portion then you can lift it up and down. The arms just lock into the chassis so it doesn't bleed down from the weight.

      @starionslider2116 Před 10 měsíci

      If you have the original Toyota mount the quick attachment has no contact with the backhoe. You just lift the backhoe by outriggers and boom to get it to right height then drive into it and drop in the top wedge pins where the mounts are on top.

    Does anyone know of a video that shows how to attach this to the SDK8?

    • @LILEVO
      @LILEVO  Před 10 měsíci

      You would either need to buy a Toyota specific backhoe that comes with the correct mounting plate and clamps, or buy an off the shelf mounting plate and weld/modify it to clamp onto the Toyota structure.

      @warrenjackson4869 Před 10 měsíci

      According to the guy I bought the backhoe attachment from it was specifically made for the Toyota skid steer. It has the lower hooks and it has the pins that hold it in place,but I don’t see away to lift it with the quick attachment
