This is not newsworthy. Why is Eminem even concerned about this to the extent of sending legal formal notice? So many bigger things to worry about. Ramaswamy should not even respond to this other than declining to perform Eminem's music in his campaign.
Americans have gotten so thin-skinned. Why is it illegal for anyone to sing any song for non-commercial purposes? Will "Cease And Desist" letter be sent to anyone performing in karaoke?
