    Once you are familiar with a person You can tell who it is from behind just by their walk. Everyone has their own signature embodied walk. With out trying you just know.

      Soft movements are not a monopoly of Taijiquan, but characteristic of this certain group of Henan styles that Taijiquan developed within. You can look up other videos of this Xinyiba, but also Changjiaquan, Henan Pao Quan.

    Thank you. Tremendously inspiring . I watch a bird feeding. It’s head moves in short burst and jerky stops. We make our motion look smooth. Yet the brain must send signals one at a time for each increment of movement. So the smoother I move the shorter together each increment becomes. Along with unlocked release of motion trail. For me this is…..

    sorry but learning a tao-lu from a video is pure illusion, don't delude yourself, get a shaolin master

    • @TheDiscriminatingSword
      @TheDiscriminatingSword  Před rokem +11

      Hi. I would be happy to find a kung fu master to teach me.
      But unfortunately I'm from the asshole of the world - Mordor (Russia), here I don't have a kung fu master. So my choice is either not to do kung fu at all, or to learn kung fu from CZcams videos.
      I saw this complex on CZcams and was delighted with its beauty and learned it from this video, I have never done kung fu and I don’t know the theory, I just have a sense of beauty (which is constantly traumatized by life in Russia). I just do this complex (and the other two) every day, morning and evening. You can see them on this channel of mine. I think it's better than nothing.
      What complex do you do every day?

      @@7thLayer I googled Xiao hong quan - looks incredibly strong. If you do it every day - in a few years the results will be very noticeable. The body will start changing, the mind will start changing. Really powerful set. I admire your choice.
      I just recently started doing kung fu. I have been making Luohan Hu Shen Chui- Arahant's Hammer for Body for only 7 months. The results are so fast, of course, it's too early to wait, but I'm already starting to notice the transformation of the body. And it's interesting to see changes. I begin to understand more, although I am still far from harmony. (Lol, the other day, during the execution of this complex, a butterfly sat on my hand!).
      Shaolin Luohan Cha Hua 18 hands arahant I do even less - only 5 months. It's too early to wait for understanding.
      But I have been doing Yijin Jing Muscle/Tendon Change Classic for more than a year and a half, and here the results are obvious even to me. This complex really transforms muscles and tendons! (and mind!) It's so noticeable that I'm surprised myself!
      I do all three sets every day, morning and evening, 6 days a week. (Plus other sports) I think the main thing here is to get rid of the greed for quick results - to understand that only after a few years of daily repetition will an understanding of the movements begin to appear. In general, I think it's better to work one complex to perfection, even if it takes 20 years. It is better to repeat one complex a thousand times than to learn thousands of complexes :)
      I would like to know more about kung fu theory. I learn by observing myself, but of course, if there is an opportunity not to reinvent the wheel, I will be glad for other people's knowledge and experience. If you can suggest something - I will be grateful to you.
      P.S. and each morning begins with meditation for half an hour immediately after waking up. I am an asocial loner and do everything alone. Yesterday I came back from a hike, I walked through the mountains and forests alone for 39 days (!) This is the longest hike in the mountains in my life. I love nature very much. A backpack and a tent are my real home, and the Milky Way is the best roof.
