    What is the difference between the 5 elements QiGong and the 8 Trigram? What is the purpose of each? Thanks

      Thank you so much for asking! We generally recommend starting with the 8 Trigram Organ Qigong. It is gentle and powerful. There is a great deal to explain about the 2. We have information on our site. I will post some links for you. You can also see the difference in the practices by watching the videos here.

      Follow what feels good for you. Try them both, and if you feel more drawn to one, then practice that. It will be easier to learn the form if you focus on one and then the other but as long as you're practicing and feeling good, that's what matters. Let us know if you have questions.
