Bilyan, I absolutely agree. Naive buyers and sellers think it will be immediate explosion of real estate prices in BG right away - like 48 hours after joining Eurozone...😁 In Slovakia we joined € zone long time ago on January 1st. 2009 - already 15 years ago ! The property prices since then went up, ofcourse ( same as in other countries around the World who don't use €) but the reason was NOT solely the € currency. No quick jumps and meteoric real estate appreciation because of joining the eurozone club... For sellers in BG - that is only wishfull thinking and dreaming😁
