- The inaugural Las Vegas Super Bowl is happening this weekend and so in my exploration of finding locations where one can watch a big game as well as good food, I found myself at Victory Burger inside of the Circa, on Fremont Street in Downtown Las Vegas. I've eaten here before and I enjoyed myself last time, but this time I'm here to try out the majority of the menu.

What I really like about Shin is that he's not a "homer" fishing for comps. In my meager history of reviews I have received lots of blowback from the businesses trying to get me to take down reviews. Surely, Shin gets that, too. He sticks to his professionalism. Solid, insightful and honest.

Those burgers looked incredible. I made the mistake of watching this video when I was hungry, but enjoyed every second of it. I have never tasted an impossible burger but I think I would like to try one that has a million toppings on it like the one in your video. The shake looked like ice milk vs ice cream so perhaps that is why it was so runny. Ice milk melts very quickly. (Like Sonic shakes) . Thanks for introducing us to so many restaurants. You are the “go to” person for food in Vegas so a huge Thank you!
Impossible patties are surprisingly close to the real thing, especially when compared to other plants based burger patties that just end up tasting like seasoned beans. It's good! I did not know that about ice milk. I will have to read more into that. Thanks for watching!

Another good review. I particularly like the way you order multiple appetizers, entrees and sides. I think that gives the restaurant a fair chance to show off their food and makes your reviews more useful. I caught another reviewer who went to a high end steak house that specialized in Japanese Kobe beef. Instead of ordering a Kobe steak he ordered a lower end American strip steak. Then he panned the steak as just average.
I agree. It's hard to judge a restaurant off of a single dish. I really like making sure we all get a good idea of what the restaurant has to offer, and you can only get that by ordering a little more than normal. Thanks for watching!

Omg, another good looking restaurant. I love the crisp on all of the appetizers and the burgers looked great. They all had really fresh vegetables and nice toasted buns. Bacon cheeseburgers are my favorite so all of the variations looked so good. 😋

I can see those fried green beans being addictive more so because of the texture. Everything looked good, especially the burgers. But the martini burger I'd pass up. Love martinis, always my drink of choice, but it doesn't need to be a burger.

Thank you for another great review. I and my husband have had the Martini burger on numerous occasions. I think it should be called Dirty Martini burger. The sauce is very green olive forward. I also agree that the shakes are to thin, flavorful but to thin.

Hi Shin! We stayed at Circa a couple years ago during Covid and it was so hard to get service anywhere in any restaurant. However, I wish we would’ve tried this one. It looks amazing! Thanks for another great video!

All those burgers looks really good. I might not like the martini burger since I'm not a fan of olives. I would definitely get the Loco burger and I saw they had a hangover burger on the menu so I would definitely give that a try even when I'm not hungover lol.
The hangover burger looked like it just had too much going on and I was far too full by the end to try it lol. But the overall burgers here are great, they do a good job. Thanks for watching Jerry! Hope you enjoyed the early access!

I guess they started making their burgers better recently. I tried a burger there three times spread out between when Circa first opened opened and a few months ago and I found the chicken sandwiches to be way better than the burgers. I'll have to give a burger another try and see if it's better now. I was sure you would say the chicken is better but you surprisingly didn't. My chicken was very moist and perfect every time I went. The grilled chicken nachos were killer too!
The chicken was pretty good overall, just a tad try. I really liked their burgers the day I went. Though nowadays I lean more towards thinner smash patties, for a thick burger, I thought they did very well and fairly consistently across the 3 patties I got. I will have to try the nachos one day but I thought I've just been getting too many nachos nowadays lol. Thanks for watching!

I have been to this restaurant. While it has one of the best sports bar feel with that gorgeous stadium sports book, we weren’t that impressed with the couple of things we ordered. But, we’re willing to give it another chance based on your review.
I read a similar comment that previous visits were not good for people but I can at least say whoever was on the grill the day I shot this was doing a great job. Thanks for watching!

Yeah, with the size of the menu I ordered almost everything this time lol. I think the nachos, turkey patty, and the hangover burger were the only dishes I didn't try. But that's just off the top. I'd have to take a closer look at the menu again to see for sure. Thanks for watching!

That “martini” sauce with the olives seems to be a take off of a famous small burger joint. But yeah I hate when they just completely douse the burger in whatever house sauce that the place is known for and all you can taste is that sauce! When eating a burger you want to mainly taste the burger meat and everything else on it should complement the meat and not overwhelm it.

When you're eating a bacon cheeseburger in non-filming life, do you order it with all of the other toppings or are you more of a purist? Some of those looked great, but I can't imagine mixing lettuce, tomatoes, pickles with the other special toppings. Do you secretly remove the excess baggage? I am late to the party! Overall food looked worth the value and they seem to prioritize the burgers, which is smart. My only critique is the Vegas Martini Burger. I am going to be blunt (People eat with the eyes first) that burger looked disgusting 15:07. It looked like someone took all the old condiments in there fridge and made something with it. I get the play - I get what they were trying to do, I mean it is VEGAS but their is a limit. I get that is their signature sauce the Martini Sauce and maybe its good as a dip but on that burger it looks like a bad night out. Maybe make a thousand Island version with green / orange chunks in it for the Burger. * I get they already have a thousand island type dressing but again people eat with the eyes first. I think the white base with the chunks does not look appealing as a Burger Topping.

That was the tip I added to that check. I did 20% blanket on all of them but I misplaced the original for the shake somewhere so I had to use the charged version. Thanks for watching!
So basically $17.95 for a burger regardless of type plus $4.95 for fries, $3 soda. $26 + tax + tip. Definitely pricey, not even relatively affordable. Sure, it's a high class resort so par for the course.

Circa is definitely the most expensive resort in downtown so the prices are almost strip-like. The $2 was the tip I gave on that check. I threw away the wrong one after I got the two receipts like an idiot lmao. Thanks for watching!

Oh I loved my hamburger from there. Had been looking for the last 20 years for a great one. In N Out was the bigest disappointment of my life. My American hamburger was outstanding. And the best onion rings also. But need my food well done, raw meat not appealing
