    How has it held up to abuse? Thinking about doing the same thing but worried that with a few violent rollovers it would damage the bar or rip it out of the body

    • @cryptonic4576
      @cryptonic4576  Před 2 lety +1

      For the most part it has held up quite well. Only receiving a few scratches. Depending on placement, durability will vary.

      If your really worried about durability u can get one that integrate into a roof rack/cage system they seem to be more durable as they have more mounting points.. 👌

      @@cryptonic4576 - You had a perfect factory vehicle. After you got done it had 4 holes in it and a light bar covering the awesome Gunk logo.
      My Traxxas black 1979 Ford Bronco XLT ranger for example had no light bar or rack on the real thing.
      I didn't know that and ruined my original body. Don't forget the naughty extra hole for the light wires. I made one mistake after another.
      I have a new body now and the old one is perfect for bashing. Lesson learned. I'm not a basher really, I'm a crawler yet I'm sure you get the picture.

      @@zeekmx1970 I understand you. I just like the look of the light bar. I have since moved to the Traxxas UDR. The slash is now a showpiece, and a reminder for how this was my entry into RC.
