Useless video. How long were they left in cold water? Do you dry them off after cutting? If so, for how long, in a fridge or the air? Do you also boil them? What temperature is 'super high', I'm not sure that's a unit of temperature... Do you fry them low temp first then high temp? All at one temp? Utter waste of time for a clickbait title.

Horse shit. Only northerners know how to cook fish and chips properly. All fairies south of Chester don't even know what a proper chippy is, they don't use gravy, nor salt and vinegar together, ask a southern fairy for a fish dinner they'll probably go to the Ivy and ask for a salmon salad.
