Of course, that is reasonable. He did not let his opponent play his tennis. Lin deafeated the goat much confidently .no tension and he also stayed calm and normal after beating him. Unbeleivable mentality . This is our silent assasin
Incredible shot making by Lin throughout this tournament, especially in the semi-finals against Wang Chuqin. Lin has really improved in recent months and added arsenals to his game, especially attack away from the table (which is new because previously he tended to stand very close to the table all the time) and turning from defense to offense on a switch. Congrats to Lin Yun-ju, beating world #2 WCQ and #3 the GOAT Ma Long is no easy feat. He totally deserve this. 💯🙌🙌
Even those China audiences are super loud and annoying, when they made big sound to support Ma Long. However, Taiwan 🇹🇼 Lin Yun Ju is still very steady, quiet and elegant. Even he won the final championship but still praised Ma Long is the greatest player. Amazing Lin Yun Ju. 👍

Fantastic match. Edge ball at 9-9 shows how close the game was. Both players exceptional at reading spin, which completely offset any serve advantage. Lin may have unlimited potential....
Lin always says sorry and he never screams like other players
The whole audience was cheering for Ma Long. Amazing how Lin YJ still managed to stay focused and won the match. BTW, did anyone notice something? Throughout the entire match, Ma returned almost all Lin’s serves by dropping the ball in the forehand small triangle. I understand he intended to restrict Lin’s uses of his killer backhand. However, it was kinda dull and predictable from my point of view, as the element of surprise is advocated in “the Art of War” in order to win a battle.
This is just a crazy good match.👍

Gratulation an Lin! Gegen eine Legende zu gewinnen ist schon wieder selbst legendär. Nervig hier wie auch in vielen anderen Spielen in Frankfurt das störende Rufen aus der Menge noch Sekundenbruchteile, bevor der Aufschlag serviert wurde. Was soll das? Der Konzentration der Spieler wird es kaum dienen und daher auch nicht der Qualität des Spiels insgesamt. Wobei die allerdings atemberaubend hoch war...
