New Zealand First Fully Electric Volvo Trucks FL

The Volvo Trucks New Zealand journey to carbon zero transport has started with the arrival of the FL electric truck. Since the 16T fully electric truck landed on our shores it has been put through its paces in a pre-commercial trial on New Zealand’s roads to validate performance data from Volvo headquarters in Sweden.

1hr to do less than 100km. So it's pretty much useless.

If you put all your gear, tanker, stock, tipper etc. That sucks power. charging your phone sucks power. Just turn your interior lights sucks power. Power steering guess what sucks power. Diesel still the way to go not good for tipper work maybe for bulk but im still wont have one. And also thats one ugly truck thats uglier than the mahindra ute.
