(08/06/2023) Take a complete ride on board @SoundTransit Link Line 1 as it was in 2023 from Angle Lake all the way up to Northgate. Multiple extensions from both ends as well as a whole new line out to Bellevue are under construction & should be opening soon. - Věda a technologie

@@swedishfierce4042 They re-generated the announcements. The new ones are what it can sound like with minimum alterations. The old ones were heavily modified.
At 40:33 you can see where the part of the DSTT that originally went to the convention center that is now no longer used. I would love to just see if they use that stub of the tunnel for anything now or if it just sits empty and is walled up at the end.

i havent riden the link in years hope to ride it to lynwood this spring. hope the lynwood station is close to alderwood mall
Yeah Google says it's about an hour walk. (I'm pretty disappointed that they put the alignment on I-5, but no, doesn't look like it is within walking distance.)
You can take routes 107, 113, 115, 116, 196, and 535 though.
It's still a bit a ways. Alderwood Mall will get its own station but it's planned to be part of the Everett Link Extension, not the Lynnwood extension.
Cool! Would you be able to film the entire sound light rail system at the very front where you can aim your camera through the driver's cab door window?
I wasn't able to unfortunately, a lot of the drivers like to keep the blinds down over the window in the door to minimize glare.
why any of this is at grade will forever baffle me
