    The sport made its debut in St. Louis back in 1904 and has been an integral part of the program ever since. Four years later, artistic diving from the 3-meter board followed, with athletes performing acrobatics in the air with elegance and precision. Women have also been competing for Olympic medals in water diving since 1912. The roots of the competitive sport lie in Germany and Sweden, where the first championships were held as early as the 19th century.
    At the 2020 Olympic Games, the gold and silver medals went to the Chinese athletes Quan Hongchan and Chen Yuxi. Australian Melissa Wu won bronze. 🏅🥈🥉

    This is so cool, as a kid, I used to fascinate about this, in 2020 I went to the olympics. It was truly amazing, Everyone was so hyped up ❤
