This estate still has open drainages, bad walkways, overhead electricity poles, high fences, roads with potholes, missing street signs, etc.
Royal Gardens estate is looking like the only consistent estate you have reviewed.
She’s done Nicon Town. No overhead power lines, lots of greenery, actual lawns etc. Yeah I agree that the overhead power lines here are off putting.

pinnock is one of the best estates in lagos. no flooding. no noise. there is a beach inside. no people loitering

I'm always on the look out for fresh videos from you, and you don't disappoint! Watching Nigerian real estate videos is one of the ways I stay connected with Nigeria. Back to the video, I noticed most the houses are pretty big, in fact bigger than the ones at Nicon estate. However, if I were to choose between both estates, I'd go for Nicon estate for its greenery, cleanliness and ambiance.

Loved the video!!!!!!! I just hate the houses are so close together no land at all or even a decent yard to play in...same way in America and I hate it cause it's like damn we suppose to have all this land yet builders wanna put you right next to someone and give you maybe a inch of a yard and lord the surrounding areas reminds me of America how we will have mansion on the left side and trash all on the right side...I see this is just a problem between rich and middle class ..... however I will say the architecture of these houses are freaking phenomenal

@@jyde50 No,, they should follow the Accepted standard ,, Drainage are kept UNDERGROUND , is only in jungle and forest open gutters and slabs are done,, to control Erosion, can you see open gutter with slabs in America, London or Dubai?
