Honestly, Lagos needs decongestion right now. It's the smallest and most congested city in Nigeria. If this isn't done, it will be difficult.

Currently watching from Jamaica, my 5th destination travel/country this year. Miss Lagos and Niaja. I will say yea this place looks like Miami florida. When I went their I had flashbacks. Was a tad bit shook.

@@johnnwabuforudemezue1108 I have never been to Nigeria, but it looked like the neighborhood had lots of security. Are the front gates a necessity? I assumed the people that own property in this estate would have private security and the best surveillance system available to them.
@@achocolateangel I am not sure they do, the government does that already, even if they do, it's gonna be light security without weapons.
The area where this is built is on an island, one of the most secured place in Africa, you actually need go through a toll gate and the longest bridge in Africa to get there.
This is how most part of Lagos should look like.There is no eletric pole and wire covering the beauty of this place.This place is very clean,there is no waste tire
on the road side as can be found in many part of Lagos and Abuja.
I just hope those South African see this so that they know we have beautiful houses owned by us not white

Don't be stupid you don't live in this estate you probably live in makoko or a crowded flat in the city that is so dirty. Houses here in SA are owned by both black people and white people. Educate yourself please

Nicon estate is awesome. It is the best I have seen so far apart from Lakowe estate.
I am glad someone finally covered this estate. My first visit to this estate years back left me in awe. It was amazing to see Nigerians come up with such well thought out estate. Wondered why it couldn’t be the norm for all (of course that’s a function of money and value). The security, entire layout, power plan is so worth the price.

This is the second video I'm watching after the first one, and I'm not noticing no rubbish nepa wire that makes the place look tattered. The organizers of the estate really used the white people standards and its very good.
And I don't know why my mind is telling me this place looks better than that so-called banana island. I need to go back to banana island next week to confirm. But I feel it's better than banana island.

This is definitely one of the best videos on real estate in Nigeria especially in Lagos. Although on the expensive end, i love the vegetation, landscaping and how all the estate is neatly planned.
