How did Karen Create 3D Origami Old Time Train

  • Old time train, the steam train, the coal train,,,. I did make it. I spent more than 6 months to finish. It is not easy so far.

    Those corners after you fold them on your tool , what I do is I just take scissors and snip those corners off rather than fold them in .

    people STOP complaining! this isint suppose to be a tutorial, its just video clips from the time of the makking, if u think shes gonna make another tutorial ur a rude person! as thia takes agea and alot effort, also shell have to studie the module she made, to remake it exacly the same, for those complaining this is not good enough, go learn some basic modular origami and actualy be goos at what you do, loosers stop asking for another vid, if ura gud enough like me, u cud look at it and see where all the pieces fit and build it, without a tutorial just from the module, otherwise just do some 1 paper origami...

    your lucky enough this wonderfull lady is shearing her OWN art for free! she could sell this! like others, with work of a lower level! so say thank you to her for atleast what you get, ignorant people! this takes so much patience, i know myself, so atleast take the time to appreciate her art! thank you miss, i quit long ago, but nice to see others stil
    going!

    Hello ! Just tuned in . Wooooooow ! I thought your folding tool was pretty cool said "oh look at that that's neat ! Can you tell me how that was made ! Think I'd like to make one anyway I've been having to make all my pieces by hand .

    I do loads of 3d origami's and if fake forever I did a penguin and it took me 3 or 4 hours of continuous making I can't imagine doing something like that it's absolutely amazing

      +Simi Y .You are right. It took me about 6 months all weekends and every night if I have a time. It is not easy when I make and I record at the same time for all my projects. Thank you very much.

    this is amazing! I would love to make this train, but it looks so hard. Could you consider to make a full tutorial where you show how to make every piece of the train?

      K-ACE Hamilton I think if I want to make, I can make it. if you want to make, you may check my cat video. you may get some ideas from the video. before I start a project, I always get a lot information. Study and learn my projects. Keep them in my mind.

      Thank you so much. It is very simple. get any rectangle metal, at least one side is 90 degree, then folder up. then tie to an object like the video.

    Hello, I love your train and i am making one like yours more or less. I have got one question adout this train, if i don't know how long is the base i can't assemble all the pieces. So if you can answer my question i am gratefull.

      +Aly Moon : When I started to work the project, I didn't know how big and how long it should be. I just guessed by the view and I had the sixth sense of the train because I found some train pictures. and I used them for reference. I always tell people use your imagination to create a project. The size of the front train: long: 65 cm. W:16 cm. H:33cm. I hope it helps you. Thank you.
