NECA really is kicking ass with their releases the last several years. The details on this guy are so eye catching though, that's a figure you keep picking up just to look at all the sculpting again and again. Will definitely pick it up if I see it. Love that flame effect for the sword too, that's the sugar on top.

A long time ago, I bought a figure of this character in a street market, without even knowing who it was, in Mexico role-playing games were not very popular in those years, I bought it just because I liked the character, I still have it.
Some time later I found out that it was Warduke from "Dungeons and Dragons".
I recently saw that it had gone on sale relaunched by Neca, and I immediately decided that I would look for it.
Last week, I saw it live in a department store and bought it without much thought.
It is a wonderful figure, beautiful.
My collection sector is Batman, basically, but this Warduke brings back many beautiful memories and is a splendid figure.

I want this is 1/4 scale so badly. This my my figure of the year so far. Love it.
Shame the chain holding the scabbard for the straight dagger is a bit weak. Fell off in first day as one of the links was slightly open and slipped off while setting the arms.
Fixable but going to be very very fiddly(or use some string and bodge it). Better than my original as that chaps leg fell off sticking him in Nightmare too many times and is wedged with Blu tac.. but hey, he is 30 years or so old!
Always heat up NECA joints before moving the limbs with a blow dryer or hot gun or hot water.
Awesome review can't wait plan on displaying at the foot of PCS D&D Klauth Red Dragon Statue.
He looks amazing. Like I always wanted since I got the 1:18 scale figure as a kid. Will go great with my Legions figures. I really hope we get Strongheart

One of the best action figures ever made.
This figure is great. It would been nice to have to actual fur loincloth and for his hands to hold everything easier.
Now we need STRONGHEART.

I don’t know much about this villain nor much about dungeons and dragons, but this figure is just so freaking bad ass. And whether I’m a fan of the series or not, I think I just may pick it up.

Just got this guy and had to watch your review to see if he’s really supposed to have 2 identical gripping unarmored hands. Really weird choice by Neca. I also wish he had fists. But overall he’s a great figure
Might need to pick this up. Not familiar with the brand but I like adding unique figs to the collection.

If you have never bought anything from this brand I want to give you a heads up. Be very careful with NECA action figures. They are extremely fragile. I would suggest heating up the joints with a hairdryer before moving the articulation around.
@@perceivedvelocity9914 They really aren't fragile. While using heat to get any joint moving is a smart move for any figure, you're exaggerating too much.

I have never played D&D in my life. I had a War Duke action figure as a kid though. I'm very tempted to buy this one. I wish that it wasn't made by NECA. Every single thing that I've ever bought from NECA has broke. Some were broken in the packaging.
It looks really nice. I'm still waiting for mine. I'm not enjoying the pre-order experience. I'd rather wait for it to be available in the store, and if I can't find it then, oh well. A penny saved is a penny earned.
If NECA is known for action figures breaking easily then why is that company still in business? Customers need to demand better quality action figures considering the amount of money they spend on these things.
Good review, but the armored side is for the shield, the bare arm is for his sword. That’s why the short sword and back sword are slung for a right hand draw. Everyone seems to get it backwards.
Assuming people are copying the art work, or could be they bought the toy and can do whatever they want with it 😮
