There’s not an exact equivalent, but using a combination of the speed knob and the two tolerance knobs is the best way to smooth things out in a similar way.

Both work as live plugins for me, I've used both of em while recording and can hear the effects in real time.
I have both and I pepsi taste test people on each track and 10 times out of ten they prefer Autotune Access.
